This week-long AI Essentials for HR course will get your team fluent, confident and hands on with AI, and earn them SHRM or HRCI credits.

In just 5 hours over a one-week period, you will get the foundation to understand how AI can be integrated into your HR processes and start building the skills needed to begin leveraging AI technologies in a practical way.

The course is a blend of on-demand and live sessions and culminates in the submission of a project based on a real-life HR use case. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate and LinkedIn badge.

Day 1 and 2: At your own pace, using a web browser, watch each of the microlearning on-demand videos (total time commitment of 45 minutes), delivered by Section School

Persona 1: The Assistant
Persona 2: The Strategist
Persona 3: The Creator

Intro to Prompting

Day 3: Take part in the session with Mercer experts: AI in HR.

Day 4 and 5: Apply the skills gained to complete the real-life case study, "Ask the Experts"sessions to ask questions from what you've learned during the on-demand videos.
