Overview

Join us for an immersive two-day accreditation program designed to deepen your understanding and application of The Thriving Index®. This program is tailored for HR professionals, talent managers, and organizational leaders who are committed to leveraging workplace strengths for enhanced performance and growth.

Upon completing The Thriving Index® Program, you will be an accredited Thriving Index® practitioner of the world’s first BPS registered tool that measures strengths essential to navigating, leading and thriving at work. This highly interactive training offers a blend of e-learning and interactive training to equip you with the skills of using the tool for selection, development, coaching and essentially enable you to support your organization in managing talent.

  • You will be able to integrate The Thriving Index® in your organization’s talent management process within selection and development.
  • Understand the background of The Thriving Index® and its administration effectively.
  • Understand how to provide high quality feedback and be able to navigate a personality profile.
  • Interpret Psychometric Reports – both from a candidate selection and development perspective.
 

The Thriving Index® Accreditation

Pre-Workshop E-Learning Modules:

Ahead of your training day, there are a number of activities which you need to complete, including your own Thriving Index assessment, and a number of e-learning modules. In total, these modules should take you between 4-5 hours, so please ensure you plan your time accordingly. You will receive more details on the outline of the full Thriving Index Course upon logging into your e-learning content.

An open book theory exam must be completed after your live training days and accreditation is conditioned based on clearing the theory and practical test.
