The full PQRD learning will take approximately 4-5 hours of self-paced learning (over a minimum of three weeks) and needs to be completed prior to Part 2: Live online workshop. Once all modules are 100% complete, participants will be eligible to enroll into a live online workshop date.
Part 2: Live online workshop
Learning is put into practice in a virtual classroom facilitated by a Mercer Workforce Consultant. The workshop provides immediate feedback and greater understanding of the PQRD methodology through group discussions and scenarios.
