Part 2: Applying your knowledge

  • Understand the global assignment lifecycle: learn the stages involved in managing international assignments from initiation to completion; explore repatriation and Localization.
  • Learn the balance sheet remuneration approach to expatriate compensation and review case studies to see how the balance sheet approach is implemented in various scenarios.
  • Assess your readiness: complete an assessment to evaluate your ability to apply global mobility knowledge effectively.
