How to become a certified coach
Accredited training: Covered in the program
Mentoring: Covered in the program and meets the ICF requirements (7 hours in group and 3 hours individually, all completed during the program)
100 Hours of coaching (Completed during the cohort): Between sessions, leaders are assigned homework that involves practicing with a partner. They also engage in practice sessions during the program, both in groups and with their dedicated partners. These practice hours count toward the required 100 coaching hours. After completing the program, leaders typically continue logging hours by scheduling coaching sessions with one another.
ICF exam: Leaders get prepared for the ICF exam. The success rate for our graduates is 100%
