This certification program (in Spanish) has been carefully structured around seven modules, so you can learn using a combination of asynchronous (online) content and synchronous (live workshop) learning activities.
At the end of the full seven module course, participants will be able to formulate a compensation strategy that improves the process of attracting and retaining the best talent.
Clients can purchase each of the seven modules as stand-alone courses or the entire Compensation Certification package. Completion of the entire seven module package is necessary for certification.
With the asynchronous e-learning content, you will learn theoretical concepts and gain insights into the most current market challenges, stemming from Mercer's ongoing research aimed at creating a brighter future for the workforce. We recommend that participants complete the asynchronous (online e-learning) content prior to the live event scheduled for each module in order to be able to actively participate in the exercises. The e-learning content will be available for up to 90 days from the start date of the module.
And with the synchronous activities, you will not only get to engage with our consultants, but also with other participants to learn how to implement your theoretical knowledge through case studies and exercises. Please review the date of the live event when selecting individual courses. There is one live event hosted per date provided (hour of day is presented for time zone considerations.)
This combination of activities will ensure that by the end of the course participants will have received practical and actionable learning content with a solid foundation of best business practices.
