Explore data about what employees care most about and their unmet needs from the Inside Employees’ Minds Study via an easy to use, interactive dashboard. The study was fielded between July 6 through July 20, 2023 of over 6,500 US and Canada salaried and hourly employees.
Through an easy-to-use interactive dashboard, you may dig into the aggregated data, slice/dice based on job type, demographic, industry, and explore different types of topics. Topics include attraction and retention, financial wellness, mental health, pay transparency, flexibility, employee rewards preferences and unmet needs, attitudes about engagement and return to the office.
You can also create custom data cuts to best suit your unique needs.

Unmet Needs of employees that are 5-10 years with their company – covering monthly expenses is most concerning. This also shows all of the ways you can filter the Inside Employees' Minds data.
Data is filtered by Attraction-Retention survey items with the female demographic and outlines specific aspects that females found most attractive at their companies initially (blue) vs today (green) – i.e. pay, healthcare benefits and types of work/the work itself.
Interactive Dashboard access for up to 3 users: $5,000 USD. Note, dashboard includes only US and Canada data. Access is for one year.
