Data collection is streamlined with Mercer's Total Remuneration Survey (TRS) and submitted via our online survey participation tool Mercer Data Connector.
Our comprehensive job catalogue is underpinned by our job evaluation system, Mercer International Posiiton Evaluation (IPE), allowing organizations to benchmark by job and grade.
Results are delivered in various formats, including off the shelf reports as well as via our interactive tool, Mercer WIN (Workforce Intelligence Network) where users can interact with the data directly and customize it dependent on their analytical needs.
