Employee Benefit Trends, United Kingdom
Benefits are crucial in attracting and retaining talent. Mercer can help you understand what benefits are available in the UK market and the design trends that other companies have in in place.
Mercer are able to put together bespoke reports based on your specific requirements or you can request a standard report. The report can be purchased for the general UK market or they can be cut by a specific industry.
The Benefits Trends reports can cover a wide range of benefits that fit into financial, protection, health and lifestyle categories. The reports are designed to provide you with insight into the design, structure, funding, engagement and providers of a benefit; however, the level of insight will vary depending on the benefits reported on. A full list of the benefits and the data points subject to analysis can be found on the next tab.
For bespoke reports, each data point will cost £250 per industry data cut*.
For standard general industry reports, the cost and the data points will be listed on the third tab.
*Mercer will assess the data available to determine if a bespoke request can meet your requirements before an agreement is reached to proceed.
