Our comprehensive job catalogue (Mercer Job Library) is underpinned by our job evaluation system, Mercer International Posiiton Evaluation (IPE), allowing organizations to benchmark by job and grade.
Results are delivered in various formats, including off the shelf reports as well as via our interactive tool, Mercer WIN (Workforce Intelligence Network) where users can interact with the data directly and customize it dependent on their analytical needs.
In locations where the comprehensive may not be available due to data density, we offer the Energy Industry Supplement providing quantitative information on benchmark positions specific for the industry.

If your company did not participate, but would like to benefit from the participation rate, you can do so by committing to participate in the next survey cycle.
