Learn what AI should do, what it should never do, and how the most effective Rewards professionals combine both.
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming how Rewards teams design reward strategies, analyse data, develop policies, support decision-making and deliver value to their organisations. Yet many reward professionals are still unsure where AI can genuinely help, which tools to use, and how to apply them effectively in their day-to-day work.
This highly practical programme is designed specifically for Rewards, Compensation and Benefits professionals who want to move beyond curiosity and begin applying AI with confidence. Through a combination of demonstrations, hands-on exercises and real-world reward scenarios, you will learn how to use AI as a thought partner, coach and assistant across activities such as reward strategy design, policy harmonisation, modelling, calculations and change management. You will also gain a better understand of where AI falls short and which tasks should remain human.
Throughout the programme, we take a balanced and pragmatic view of AI. Whilst we often hear about where AI can accelerate our work, we will also teach you where it can mislead you, and where professional judgement remains the true differentiator.
The goal is not blind adoption. The goal is learning how to combine the speed of AI with the experience, context and judgement of an exceptional Rewards professional.
A significant focus of the programme is on developing your effective prompting skills, understanding how you can get better outcomes from AI tools, and what it means to create reusable AI Skills. The programme is designed to help you become capable and confident AI users, however it does not cover advanced agent development or agent building.
You will leave the course with practical techniques, proven use cases and an actionable toolkit you can immediately apply in your day-to-day. The programme is designed and delivered by Marsh specialists who combine deep Rewards expertise with hands-on experience helping organisations enable AI across HR and business functions.
Most AI training available today is generic. This programme is different.
It has been curated and delivered jointly by Marsh’s Rewards specialists and AI transformation experts, bringing together deep subject matter expertise with real-world experience helping organisations adopt AI successfully. They spend their time helping organisations solve real compensation, benefits and workforce challenges while also supporting AI adoption, work redesign and capability transformation. This means the programme is grounded in practical experience rather than theory, and will help you get the most from your AI tool today.
What is more, the programme is not designed to turn you into an AI enthusiast. It is designed to help you become informed, capable and discerning user of AI.
You will learn not only where AI creates value, but also where it struggles, where human judgement remains essential, and how to recognise situations where AI outputs should be challenged, validated or avoided altogether.
