Two-Day Hands-on Course for HR Professionals: Turn your HR expertise into reusable AI capability.
Date: 19 and 20 November, 2026
The opportunity for HR is no longer simply to complete existing tasks faster, but to rethink how expertise, judgement and execution come together. This course provides a practical starting point, with Skills, Workflows and real outputs that participants can take back to work and continue developing.
Move beyond one-off prompts and isolated AI experiments. Learn how to build reusable AI Skills, embed HR expertise and professional insight, connect Skills into practical Workflows, and redesign how HR work gets done.
AI can already help HR professionals draft content, build presentations, analyze data and organize information. But simply adding AI to existing ways of working only takes us so far. The next step is to rethink how work itself gets done.
This practical course helps HR professionals progress from ad-hoc AI use to structured, repeatable and scalable ways of working. Through demonstrations, exercises and real HR scenarios, participants will learn how to:

The PowerPoint and data analysis outputs earlier in the course are not the result of a single “magic prompt”—they are produced with the support of Skills. In this module, we will fully unpack the methods behind those results.

Between the two course days, test your Skill using real or simulated materials. Capture what worked, what did not, and what you would change, then bring your experience back for discussion on Day 2.
Day 2 takes the next step: adding HR expertise and professional judgement to your Skills, then connecting multiple Skills to support an end-to-end HR process.
Participants will present the Skill they built on Day 1 in small groups, observe how it performs on real materials, and identify improvement opportunities based on both successful and unsuccessful results.
A Skill that completes a task is not yet professionally valuable—it must also embed business rules, decision criteria, boundaries, and quality standards. Participants will choose an HR scenario (e.g., recruitment, performance, or compensation) and further refine their Skill.
You will create:
Only when multiple Skills are connected effectively can AI move beyond single tasks to support an end-to-end piece of work.
